PIkachu's Final Smash Textures?

Been looking to do something simple, like just change the overall color of it from blue to red, and I can't seem to find where the textures/anything else of it are. I've looked in FitPikachuMotionEtc, FitpikachuFinal, and even FitPikachu  

Does anyone know how to edit it? Or even just the location of the textures at the least please.

Edit: Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, I don't know if it's a texture I'm looking for or if it goes under Attack Help.

I'm guessing that you can't edit the textures of the final smash, but only what type it is through PSA.

I figured since it's actually made blue in the game that it has to have programming somewhere that makes it blue, like a texture or palette. It seems to work with every other final smash too so.. i dunno.
