I Have two questions

My first question is How do you get hacked charecters to show up at the title screen and game? I see video's where there's Shadow Sonic and Knuckles at the select screen and fighting in the same match at once. Can somebody tell me how that works??

for my second question is there any other mobster textures for the fighters. I found Wario Mario Luigi and the evil guy from Zelda.

1) These are custom texture that you have to put in sc_title.pac and sc_character2.pac and sc_selmap.pac
2) Every other texture you can find in the brawl vault if there are not in brawl vault make your own or request it

I didn't understand...
In order to use these hack, it depend the way
you play:if you use a retail disk you can use the file replacement code or riivolution
or if you use an usbloader you can use wiiscruber(longer but more compatible and way less complex)
