    God Sonic's Side B is being a pain in the ass Undecided  That's pretty much all I need to do as regards to the PSA.  Then I just need to make a few animations and it'll be done.  In the mean time, here's a sort of description on how he'll play now:

    Sonic has always been a primarily offensive character, but now he fits this bill even more.  Sonic had quite a few flaws in vBrawl.  His priority was terrible; he lacked a good solid killing move; a lot of his attacks weren't actually that "fast" comparative to others, he had no truly favourable match ups and he lacked a projectile but didn't have good reach to compensate.  However, with this mod I hope to remedy some of these flaws.

    First thing you'll notice is that Sonic focuses even more on speed and follow ups than ever before.  His only note worthy strength move now is his F Smash, which comes out a bit faster than before so it's a tad easier to land.  However, he has lost his D Smash and B Air as killing moves.  To compensate for this, his D Smash can now be interrupted by a mid air jump or a special, allowing for a huge amount of follow up possibilities for the blue hog.  And the B Air comes out almost instantly (but has quite a bit less damage and knockback), allowing it to work great as a pressure move. 

    The next main difference is the addition of a couple of weak spikes.  His N Air is now an axe kick (from Sonic Battle) that comes out faster than most spikes.  His spring also spikes now, but it's significantly weaker than say his BBrawl or Brawl- spring spikes.

    Speaking of the spring, the aerial spring also lingers for much longer.  This means that you can essentially set up traps with it by doing an air spring jump above the ground and letting it bounce.

    There are a quite a few more surprises too, but you'll just have to wait and see Wink

    Ok so here's more info on the upcoming Sonic mod:

    I've decided to name it Burst Sonic.  Why?  Cuz I wanted to XD

    Anyways, as I said in the previous post beforehand, Sonic's now more offensive than ever.  However, interestingly, he does still have two "slow" moves.  His first is his F Smash, which is actually a tad faster than before (and it no longer has the whirling hand animation) but a bit weaker.  I'd still classify it as a "slow" move though.  The other being is new Side B, his Light Speed Boost.  

    Now I know what you may be thinking?  Who the heck can a move dubbed "Light Speed" be slow?  Well it's because the move has to be charged before you can use it.  It's one that will be used sparingly due to the fact that the charge is long and you cannot store the charge up if you sheild or dodge cancel it (meaning you have to do the entire charge all at once if you want to use it).  However, in return the move itself is very rewarding.  Sonic will rocket forwards at high speeds over a large distance.  During this time he has complete super armour and the initial hitbox of the move is rather powerful.  It can also be used as a fantastic horizontal recovery move.  Unfortunately, if you miss the initial hitbox, the later one is fairly weak and leaves Sonic open to attack.

    The other note worthy change with Sonic's moveset is his Spin Charge.  It now gains a few of the properties of the original Side B Spin Dash and a couple of new ones.  For one, it can no be shield cancelled like the Side B could during startup, and it hits foes at a lower angle (as well as the jump being at a lower angle too).  Not only that, but the charging damages foes (like in Project M).

    Man, every time i hear about exams in this forum makes me sad.
