I removed Kid Buu because as said before, MarioDK took him up.  I wouldn't have removed and replaced him otherwise.  And I've wanted to do Dudley for a while, but couldn't think of full moveset ideas.  Then someone put a request for him not too long ago and the moveset gave me more ideas.

No one as far as I know is working on a vertex (though I really really would like to see him get done since he's my favourite SF character) and I'm not too fussed for who he'd be over.  Ike has a counter (for Cross Counter) but the least suitable body tone.  Snake has a good body tone but his default moveset doesn't fit at all.  Ganondorf may be a tad too bulky.  And Falcon?  Well you know very well why I don't want him over Falcon XD

About the counter thing, I know Ike would be perfect but the sword? After all, a counter type of attack can be put in a character through PSA right? I don't think I've seen that done yet actually..

Only way I know how to do a counter is the same way EternalYoshi did it for his Lyndis.  Though, it's not a true counter.  It triggers when an opponent is close to you rather than if they attack you.  I'm not sure how to do a real one (since for the characters with a counter it is hardcoded in).  I doing it a while ago with Viewtiful Joe and it failed rather miserably XD

Well at the moment, since I have 13 exams over the space of 5 weeks, I have a lot of days of "revision" (aka, sitting at home doing nothing).  Even when doing a good amount of revision each day, I still have time left over of doing nothing.

Though, I'm a lot less active than I was before.

Easier said than done XD  I'm honestly trying.  I'm on no where near as much and hacking no where near as much either.  Love this site too much.

Actually, lurking is probably the bigger problem @.@  Dropping hacking won't be too difficult.  It's the lurking that is time consuming.  I get so easily distracted by just looking at this site and hence why I'm having trouble leaving >.<

While I think leaving for a time is a good idea, I wouldn't want you to leave forever.
