Hey dude, I have an idea for his final smash. If he's in chaos mode (or whatever it's called lol) He warps around the stage, kinda like how tabuu does with one of his moves, and he does damage as he travels inbetween the warps.

*sigh* this blows my dark sonic psa out of the water. >_>
PS: what's shadow's psa size @_@;;

And it looks really great! The whole thing is really coherent and comes together well! And I especially like the non-broken-ness, something we need more of these days ~~~

No they don't.  They each have a specific chance of appearing:

Grenade - 50%
Laser Pistol - 20%
Machine Gun - 20%
Rocket Launcher - 10%

440KB.  It could be less, but I wasn't particularly efficient at all with file space this time round

It's a difficult thing popularity.  With PSAs, it's less about the quality and more about what character you do.  Just because you may be less popular, doesn't mean your PSAs are any less good!  Your PSAs are still great fun and I know cuz I've played as a lot of them!

I think the potential problem with this is that these items probably do significantly more than 6% (pretty much all of them but the grenade) and set up for gimps, throwing them kills, etc..... what I mean is that items are kinda abusable...

And with PSAs, a big thing that contributes to popularity is that you PSA for a character that has no real PSAs, like Ness or Lucas. My one single PSA that I made got ~1000 downloads even though I completely fail, because I don't think there's a single PSA on Lucas, so just appeal to a niche character. Try to avoid people like Marth or Ike unless you're REALLY good, etc.

Already been done my friend!  In fact there isn't all that much left to do with Super Shadow PSA wise.  No graphic changes or anything, just hitbox strengthening really.  However there are a few animations that I need to do (e.g. he will do the Super Sonic run and he will float in mid-air for his waiting poses).

Take note also that it takes over a second for the weapon to actually be generated (89 frames I believe it is or something along those lines) and there are no invincibility frames whatsoever, so on a smallish stage it is easy to interrupt.  The only really safe time to generate it is when you kill somebody.

Could you make a version of Super Shadow of which his waits and run are the same as the balanced one?

I think for the broken one he should be able to summon items without delay, or at least be invincible while doing so.
