Im making a new character but i dont know how fix this (screens inside)

Im new on this, i tried to find a fix by myself but i suck, so i put this here and pray



The first one is a Shadow one, when the character is on the ground a huge shadow appears



This one is a female dog, it appears when the character is in ground too, when the animations make a transition, for example Wait1 to Wait2 there is a Frame where this appear, the crouch hold animation is only 2 frames, imagine a big party with LSD, thats what happends

I need to fix the model but i have no idea how to do it, i need your help

I do know it's something with the bones...

and check the shadow model for the char...
(a blank model you can't see in brawl, that generates the shadow)

it should look exactly like the char model.

Its just Ganon´s shadow model, should i modify it? im really new at this

The main model is an imported model of Kamen Rider Climax Heroes W

I changed the unknow value to 0 in the model by Hex but it didnt  fix the problem

I'm not sure what your problem is but I had a similar texture error in the second picture and it turned out to be a texture causing it.  I fixed it by changing the format of the texture in brawlbox

Maybe you should try resizing the topn bone in the shadow?  I'm not sure exactly whats wrong with that...
