Ok well I am having two problems with One from what I know is called a MipMapping problem which I don't know how to fix... here is a picture Ok now I am having trouble with his eyes! I colored in the outer part of his iris texture and the whole white part is black now! Thats almost what I wanted. But I need his eyes....I think it might have something to do with the iris. I colored that Black too because the part of his eye where the iris is I want it too be black! I NEED HELP!!!! P.S. I will be posting this texture soon, but not releasing it. Long story why I'm not releasing it.

Why would you even edit the eye base?
It doesn't do anything.

Try using ASH v2.3 for creating Sonic's new texture. The older versions have a problem with that texture part.

Are you serious!!!! I thought it would make the white part behind his eyes black when I edited it! Manually hex it.
Crap I never had too hex.... Try using ASH v2.3 for creating Sonic's new texture. The older versions have a problem with that texture part.
Its ok I fixed that part now. I think it was because I tried including the eye base texture on the pac and pcs files.

I once had the same problem as you, as my first Sonic texture attempt gave Sonic a black eye base, which I hated. When I got ASH v2.3 though, my Sonic textures were much more successful.

Could you link me? I should attempt this.

Unfortunately, any textures that I've ditched are gone forever. If I make a texture that fails by my book, then it's garbage and won't be seen by the public at all. Also, all three of my Sonic textures have the eye base unedited.
Anyway, try making a Sonic texture yourself using ASH v2.3 and the results should be much better than if you tried editing Sonic with ASH v2.1 or v2.2.
Hint: ASH v2.3 adds the normal textures automatically without prompting you a question. However, you'll still be prompted questions for adding indexed textures.

I thought once I edited the eye base texture that I could mkae that white part black because when I opened it, it was white.

After some tests, I've found something out. If you try to edit the eye base, it'll become transparent when you extract the new Sonic PAC. However, if you leave it alone, the eye base remains white instead of turning transparent.
Basically, if you want Sonic's eye base to be black or any color, you'll have to edit his eye texture by filling the texture background with that specific color.
