    Hey, since there wass an Isaac texture along with the FitIke.pac that gives him Isaac's hair, I thought, "Hey, it would be cool to have a moveset over Ike for Isaac to actually make him playable in Brawl". The project over Ike was canceled before, but I'd like to revive it so it can be completed (Yes, I know there is an Isaac over Blue Alloy, but he doesn't even have his sword or special moves, so in respect for his inclusion in Brawl, he should be given a full moveset).

    Here's a custom Special Attacks moveset for starters (can be changed depending on member opinions)


    THE MOVESET (STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS)
    Key:
    Yellow = Finished
    Red = Requested
    Almost Finished

    SPECIALS AND REFERENCES
    Earth Blade: Isaac smashes down into the ground burying nearby opponents.
    Force Palm should act just as it does in game, but takes time to activate and it doesn't push as far as the assist trophy.

    I am looking for people who are experienced in PSA. I will be animating most animations.
    I have edited some of the PSA, like changing some of his attacks, and making his Final Smash attack more epic.

    BASIC ANIMATIONS
    Universal: Most of his animations should be with him holding his sword with both of his hands.
    • Idle Stance: Should be similar to his one in Golden Sun, where he holds his sword with both hands.
    • Double Jump: Spinning In Air

    I NEED HELP FIGURING OUT WHAT SPECIALS HE SHOULD HAVE, AS I HAVE NEVER FINISHED GOLDEN SUN. I ALSO NEED HELP MAKING MEGIDDO WORK

    We could give him some original moves. Making him do a backflip with his sword as a Bair a Uair comes to mind, or maybe a Kick and slash combo for Nair.

    I unfortunately have no PSA or animation skills whatsoever; that said, I do support this project 100%, as this would be incredibly epic. I would also be very happy to offer suggestions on the PSA before and after its completion, if you have no objections.
    One very important question though: Do you plan on having this PSA being fairly balanced?

    Yes, pretty balanced, while having a strength level that of Marth's. I have already completed about 7 custom attacks, and a whole lot of custom animations (and animations from other characters). Check the OP for the movelist so far (gonna go update it now).

    And I need help with suggestions to what his attacks should be, especially his Special Attacks.

    For specials, I would say...

    -B Move
    >B Ragnarok
    ^B Skull Splitter
    vB Punji Trap

    I was thinking for Punji Trap that he could actually set a trap that would burst with spikes if an opponent walks over it, but I don't know if that would be possible. If not it could just be an earthquake that trips anyone on the same platform near him but doesn't do much damage.

    *OH, and I'm also going to need some one to vertex Ike into looking like Isaac, since the Isaac model isn't cooperating with me right now.

    If someone can vertex his hair and body to look like the Ike model, it would help the project GREATLY.

    And also, I need help getting the Force-Palm model to work in the PSA so it can be used to push characters off the stage, and for Megiddo to work for the Air Final Smash (maybe transfer the PSA codes from the C.O.N. Naruto .pac from the Air-Rasengan Final Smash).

    Here are ideas for 2 of Isaac's moves, both of which channel Venus djinni.
    The first uses Ground. This attack will stun an opponent in a manner similar to ZSS Stun gun or Mewtwo's disable.
    The second uses Bane, a strong djinn with a chance of poisoning. In the case of SSB, the flower-head will represent poison (though should only do the smallest flower when fully charged or something to avoid OP).

    It could be interesting to use a variant of the Gaia psynergy for Isaac's up -B, as all of the moves feature a crevice forming and then boulders and Venus energy showering upwards.
    When used on the ground, the crevice and boulders appear there and then propell Isaac upward, not unlike Sonic's up-B or CON Naruto's. When used in the air, perhaps only have the venus energy appear around Isaac, boosting him upward.

    Another idea for an aerial attack is to use the Rockfall psynergy, which could throw a rock downward. Of course, adjustments / restrictions should be made to avoid OP.

    And finally, for his grounded Final Smash, maybe use the psynergy Odyssey?

    Great ideas! Thanks for the support.
    So far I've added some new attacks, and I gave him a large projectile attack for his Side-Tilt.

    *Help section*
    -I need to know how to change Ike's Final Smash so it does not send the opponents to the top middle of the stage, but instead just connects so he can perform Odyssey. (Working on that Animation now. I am trying to figure out which GFXs he should have for something to look like the swords from the video).
    -Need to know how to make his sword have a blurring trace so it doesn't look bland.

    Hello, I have a (small) moveset idea and a question.

    Perhaps giving Isaac the Mars Djinni Reflux could go over his (Ike's) down special (counter).

    I propose this for two reasons.

    a)  Removing counter might not be viable (I honestly have no idea).

    b)  This gives more djinn versatility.  I find base classes (e.g. Isaac with 9 Venus djinn) in Golden Sun to be inferior, therefore my opinion is one type doesn't always win the battle.
    A little variety is good.

    Reflux Description:

    "Counter an enemy's attack."

    Are there plans to give Isaac the Sol Blade, (the Megiddo unleash longsword)?  The sword in the .pac file, pictures in Brawl Vault, and Youtube videos don't look familiar.

    Hopefully this will spur some more ideas of your own.  Thanks for taking the time to read this.

    We're actually restarting the project to be over Link now, since Link was the only character we were able to get the proper models over.

    Is the new Link Isaac project still going on?

    Coincidentally, I started on a Link - Isaac texture a few days ago. I'v already finished the texture and I'm playing around with some animations and psa work. I'l see if theres anything in your v2IkeIsaac's Motion/psa file that I can salvage if you don't mind.
