Having problems with CSS

I hate to have to post another question here so soon, but I really have no choice. I searched Google with no help, so...I'm hoping I'll get a few pointers here.

Currently, I'm having a messed up background appearing on my CSS. I'm using the Dark Blue custom CSS by ASF1nk if that helps at all. The background I'm getting is currently likened to the one that CSPs give you when they're not in proper format (glitchy, pixellated, and otherwise messed up) I really have no idea what's wrong. I tried reformatting my SD card a couple of times, with no improvement. All of my CSPs are in the right format as well. However, I'm guessing that the problem would be in my sc_selcharacter.pac itself.

If anyone could tell me what's wrong, and how to fix this, I'd greatly appreciate it.

There's a DL link to my current .pac. Hopefully someone can skim through it using BrawlBox and see what's causing it? I'm still pretty unfamiliar with the program myself, so...yeah :/

Hi Helter-Skelter,

If you wanted to get rid of the background glitch i think i solved the problem.
Ok to be honest i didn´t realy solved it i just replaced the char bust_tex and misc data 70 in my clean selchar with the files of your corrupted and here it is  http://www.mediafire.com/?qab5cbau0k7vqmr

if your main problem wasn´t the background but a messed up css like this http://img180.imageshack.us/i/1018744.jpg/ then you should check if you got the right codes and that you did nothing wrong while copying them in codemanager
