Any way to change the englishes voice to japanese voice?

Well I had my old jap version of brawl but the disc got bended and no longer works and wondering if theres anyway to use an NTSC-U (USA) brawl disc on gecko OS. Im trying to say is there any way to change the characters english voices to japanese on the US brawl disc through gecko os.

 If theres any way how please tell me I just wanna listen to sonic,falco, ike, fox, metaknights and other characters jap voice again.

Yes, it's pretty much possible, but I'm a bit lost on that topic, I've never tried any voice change, you could lurk around the Music/SFX thread maybe? Or wait for a straight answer.
