Noob Question (sorry)

I'm not going to use common5.pac since i downloaded a custom CSS and SSS, (sc_selcharacter & sc_selmap)
so how do I replace the CSPs, because they normally freeze when I replaced them when I used to use common5.pac? Same with item textures, how do I replace them without freezing? I normally downloaded CSPs and item textures from BrawlVault.

Item textures are in common3.pac.
You just open sc_selchar and go to char_bust_tex to replace CSP's.
Your game might be freezing because the file sizes are too big.
