@SpacePirate: alright, shouldn't be too hard to do... @fanofanime: interesting concept, I'll look into it! side smash could be bow's smack from paper mario. the longer you charge the more he smaks
you mean "boo" not "bow," right? 0_o I have not seen this move as I have not played paper mario... I'll look it up on youtube later. @fighter: glad to see your support! @Nasoka: yup, that's pretty much what we've been saying... I gotta eat now but I'll update the OP afterwards.

^ I think msp26 meant "Bow" because th=at's the Boo who's your partner in Paper Mario. Anyway, good luck with this.

SO will you be doing this PSA or will you be getting someone else to help/do it for you? I can help make some of the portraits and stuff for him. (I'd help with the complicated stuf, but all I can do is texture hack simple things, the most complicated thing I could probably do is make recolors for him...

I am going to make a PSA... HOWEVER, I will not start until two mondays from now because I've got a lot of stuff going on, I'll have much more time during break and the moveset will be better quality Besides, isn't it better to get more people hyped-up about it first, refine all ideas, and THEN start on it? My AP Comp Sci. teacher always says to plan ahead first, and that's exactly what I'm doing

Alright, one question I have is how much damage will the D - Special be doing if it can be charged, an overpowered boo does not sound like a good idea to me. (Yes I consider 1 strong attack to be slightly over powered.)

the down-special? 0_o dude... he just disappears, there's no damage to it.
WAIT A MINUTE.... we could have him do a darkness explosion if he presses down-special if he's already invisible, but that wouldn't be chargeable and it'd do like 8% or something
Do you mean the N-special? That will have 3 states, it will get bigger every time too. 1. 7% 2. 12% 3. 18% sound fair?

fully charged, the tongue attack should do about 15% damage and should be able to easily kill from the middle of final destination at around 110% damage (again, this is fully charged).
EDIT: maybe 18%...

I'd attempt the tongue vertex (I mean, how hard can it be to make a tongue?) If I had the necessary tools to do so. All I need it 3DS max.

@Velen: awesome idea, although I can't animate worth crap (too tedious) so I'm gonna have to get some animators ...but that's a "nice-to-have" thing and not a "need-to-have-so-help-me-god" thing so we'll save that for later @SpacePirate: go for it, and I don't think you need 3DSMAX... try blender
