Help needed for character slots

i am trying to add new characters into the game and i am kind of new to this. i downloaded riivolution and installed it but the problem is...nothing will show then on the screen but uninstall, exit and another part................then i downloaded a mewtew pack called project mewtew v5.9 and it came with a bunch of things so i seen a pf file and i went in and put all the stuff in the sub folders to the subfolders of my sd card and where everything was supposed to go so i also got a menu hack from shadowplayer523 and my characters were scrambled all over the place alls i want to do is have more characters on the character list tha have their own animations,moves and sounds also their own character slot

You need an XML file.
Try looking it up, I don't us Riivo so I don't know much about it.

With Riivo, an XML is required in order to run things nicely

Just google for a file replacement .xml file. It wasn't that hard to find when I looked for it. Riivolution uses those files to know the codes your wanting to use during gameplay.
