hi, so I want to play with characters like shadow or mewtwo, but the voices are gone because I'm a pal user, so if I export the data of the ntsc pac file and replace it in a pal pac file, can I play with the character and the voices?

I don't think so...
PAL and NTSCU have different directories when it comes to sound effects.
You would most likely have to manually change every SFX in PSA

I'm not sure if this will work or not but you take a PAL pac of the pac you want to modify, and the NTSC pac. Then you could open the NTSC pac up in brawl box and extract the "Misc Files" and replace the same files in the PAL pac. Then again, I have no idea what I'm talking about.

hmm yeah I tried to export the data and replace it with the pal data, it works a little, I tried it with link (Zero) but it just was link with some effects on his arrows and boomerang, but not zero as a psa character, oh well, I guess I have to play without sfx lol,
