No. The stage has to be the one in the pics and name, if it's not then it's a legit report. Fixed the other 4

This has been posted before and like Miacis said "We won't delete these unless someone included in the pack wants it removed".

Well you can't exactly expect hack creators to constantly be on the lookout for their stuff being used without permission. Putting the contents of your SD card in a RAR and uploading it essentially takes no effort.

Very true. Since most of them may not always be able to get on.
Like DO, he RARELY goes on here. So of course it would slip passed him... I'd say remove it.

Well you can't exactly expect hack creators to constantly be on the lookout for their stuff being used without permission. Putting the contents of your SD card in a RAR and uploading it essentially takes no effort.
However, we do not expect BV Staff to know beforehand if the permissions were gotten or not. Only the original author of the hack knows if the hack was authorized or not. Taking things down because "it looks like he didn't get permission but actually I don't really know" is as close to arbitrary incompetence as anyone can get. The base idea is: if the hack creators care about nobody "stealing" their download, they can afford to browse the Vault once in a while to check for plagiarism. If they don't care, then no need to play hard cops for them. We've been saying that ever since the creation of the plagiarism rule. If the BV staff feels like being zealous, they can just go and ask every single author if they did grant permission. If not, then don't take the freagin' thing down. Falsely censoring something something based on its looks is much worse than having a hack pack "stealing" a hundreds or so downloads. Also, I suggested a compromise about Hack Packs, that went utterly disregarded: http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=2555.msg884041#msg884041

Well you can't exactly expect hack creators to constantly be on the lookout for their stuff being used without permission. Putting the contents of your SD card in a RAR and uploading it essentially takes no effort. True, but it's not our job to check if the author granted permission or not. If they don't want it to be used, then either make it extremely easy to see or browse the BV to see if someone uses your stuff or not. Like DO, he RARELY goes on here. So of course it would slip passed him... I'd say remove it. If he doesn't want stuff used, have him browse the BV himself. We won't whiteknight on his behalf if we don't know if the guy has permission or not. In the case of posting "Hack Mega Packs", if crediting or collabing every author proves too difficult, the uploader may add a text file in the pack, referencing the authors of all the hacks included and, if possible, a link to their BrawlVault. If an author wasn't credited in that text file and asks for his name to be added, the uploader of the "Mega Pack" needs to add him in ASAP. Seems like a legit compromise to me.

Well, he did list a few people who are active, like KJP, SDo0m, MarioDK... We could ask them if they want it removed. I saw it. I just didn't say anything about it >.< I guess a TXT file could suffice...
