At first, I thought this guy just had terrible bandwidth, but I think he doesn't even let the page load completely first. Sometimes images can be seen if you open an image in a new tab. Doesn't always work... Oh, and I think I may have made a few invalid reports. I'll take a look to see which ones need to be fixed. It might've had something to do with my being on a public network at the time I attempted to download them.

If I recall correctly, the mod could freeze if it's not properly compressed/decompressed. That's a legit report (If the .PAC was really compressed).
