You know what.  Screw it.  I'm getting sick and tired of this [censored].  All of this junk getting uploaded, people not responding to reports, new hackers not following the rules...  God dammit, I'm tired of it all!

We should add something to the automatic message sent to reported hacks, stating that if they have a problem with the report, they should come here.

I will however recommend that there be serious thought given to allowing one or two more users to help manage.  Considering the size of the Vault (and the number of idiots who use it), I think that it would be a very good move.
