These mega packs should only really be allowed if the person submitting them has actually contributed a substantial amount to it (which clearly in most cases these guys don't).

... Yes, you just read them as they told you to go there. Had you ever read the KC-MM rules before, you'd have noticed Brawl Vault rules were there, that's why I said no one would read them even if they had their own thread.

It says Brawl Vault capitalized, I don't think you'd have missed them had you read them before now. Same goes for most users, no one's blaming you for not, I'm just stating a fact that making Brawl Vault rules their own thread would serve nothing.

I tested the hack and it worked. No freeze. The person either didn't extract the .pac AND .pcs, or downloaded a stage that freezes.

Hmm... I'm not entirely sure.  I don't think there's a specific rule against non-English descriptions.  I mean, as long as the audio/visual previews work then it really doesn't matter what language the description is in, at least that's what I think.

Not sure how the actual rule-makers feel though. :-\
