got the CSS to work, but Gecko Codes on riivolution arent working ?

im switching from Gecko OS and file-patch to riivolution. however, im still using the File Patch XML so that i dont need to change the files around. i re-named the files that needed the "_en". The custom menu screen works, as well as music changed, but when i go to the CSS it crashes  

im using the Flaming Blue CSS, and it all worked with Gecko. What am i doing wrong?

You need to import the custom CSS onto common5.pac if you want to use it with Riivolution.

I've also recently switched from Gecko/FPC to Riivolution, and I'm also using a file patch XML, but I had no idea there was a pre-made one so I guess I just wasted my time editing my modlancher.xml to make everything have the FPC layout >_>

Anyway, my CSS crashes sometimes and sometimes it doesn't, but it never crashed in Gecko; try going back to it a few more times.

Edit: Do what mnsg said first. If you do have everything in common5.pac, try what I said.

Are you sure you told Riivolution to load the Brawl- codeset? When I first ever used Riivo it was set to "Brawl w/ Codes" by default, so yours probably did that too and you didn't realize it. Go back to your Riivolution menu and check to see if you loaded the right codeset.

i have 3 choices in Riivolution
one says Orcarnia Handler which has alot of different choices

another is just called "Codes" i have that Enabled

My Riivolution doesn't have any of those things, so I can't help you there.

You should see an option in your menu called "Codeset" and just check that. If it's not set to Brawl- then change it.

Is your GCT in the same directory your XML specifies? If it is, I have no idea why it isn't working then -- sorry.
