 Im srs here I heard some people say that their is someone with a clone engine,some person named Alma I think so does anyone know who that person is?

If you know how to do codes, then yeah, I'm sure he could use the help.
I don't know how to reach him, but try searching SmashBoards and AllIsBrawl for him.
BTW his name is Almas in case I didn't make that clear.

    almas's clone engine allowed you to switch mods so no sonic vs shadow or marth vs roy
