Get the ISO for that game, then use WiiScrubber to view its contents and extract what you need. But the file has to be MDL0, since that's what Brawl uses. That's about all I know because I've never done it before myself.

For Wii games, you should use a file viewer like Dolphin or Wiiscrubber to open and extract the contents of a copied ISO (don't ask how you'd copy ISOs.) Then look online for method of converting or decompiling those contents. Of course, that's just the first part. Using those models requires far more patience and understanding the formats of the game, and of Brawl Box.

Only certain games have the 'right stuff' (as in, the proper model file format) to be consitered useable for Brawl. Keep in mind though that the Wii is capable of running models from consoles like the PS3 or Xbox 360 (because their processers and output devices use similar programming) When the time comes when converting other model files into Brawl's standard model format becomes possible, we can have alot of very good models on our hands

Note that when thats possible, then comes the problem of actually making them move
