There's already a Bowser Jr. vertex for Squirtle and there 2 others being worked on for Bowser.
What exactly are you asking and why is this in the vertex hacks section?

its starwaffle's jr with new texture, but i dont think ull get ermission for this dude, at the bog post at legendary smash team, he said he didnt want anyone to make a recolor...

He didn't claim it was. He merely posted in the wrong place. He even said that he used the Mario Sports Mix model and revamped the texture. |
