Kid goku Gt is after

the only thing i needing now will be Side-B fixed and the last SFX IDs ("A" attacks) Throws is as much fixed as possible for now but needs more fix
up-taunt takes abit long time
both SPirit Bombs is for sure oneshot but the Small Spirit Bomb is only killing one and Big spirit Bomb killing all there is inside the ball :D

The up-B should definitely have a kick before instant transmission. More combo possibilities ;D

what about Balanced?

damn this is hard to get Goku Balanced for SSBB :D

dont worry i will make SSJ Goku moveset (Goku´s True power in other words a over powered version of the PSA)

Well either way Goku is THE strongest warrior in his galaxy so i could imagine its hard. lol. and it wont be cheap if after the instant transmission he went directly into special fall.

no :( and i know there all is in DragonBall Bt 3 that with give me your enegry is from Goku(mid) and kaioken from Goku(early) rest is from goku(end)

the problem balancing goku is that kameha is just so powerful and it cant be reflected if you are on the air the air dodje wont be enought to evage kameha since air dodge will end before kameha does so we get damage either way the rest of the attacks are balanced since side b is like CF  and A attacks are good  .for teleport i mean kick may be a good idea if he went on fall after the teleport  like mewtwo or zelda/shiek becuase teleport already has  a huge range and now  it can even combo seems to be a bit OP i mean teleport Up kick the character up just climb a smal ammount and you will be on top of the character to do anything you want  and they wont be able to fight back

MarioDK, at the end of that instant transmission kick can you make Goku rapidly kick his feet down? Like SDo0m's first Shadow PSA's DownAir except being a bit diagonal.

Also, make it so at the end of the transmission after the extra kicks that if you press A+B he'll do a Kamehameha(you can choose what direction he can shoot it)...or maybe you can make it so the user can direct the Kamehameha like you can direct Fox, Falco, or Wolf's UpB.

That move will be called Instantaneous Kamehameha Transmission.

i think it will be overpowered :( also i still have to keep filesize down and i dont got anymore actions to use now
