I can't fix for cape's moves. Just stuck below feet.

i will start on next version of True Mario PSA and i will start on FS :D after FS is done next version of true mario PSA is done (if not i get Animations for Side-Smash) and it will be renamed to SMBZ Mario moveset

it is Side-B almost like :D but do the same as Side-B Cape
