Actually, thunderbolt could work, i think it could work like this:
    <a href="http://youtu.be/CfLCPhTj9aY" target="_blank" class="aeva_link bbc_link new_win">http://youtu.be/CfLCPhTj9aY</a>

I think it should be not a projectile, but a long hit box with big hit stun that.
Also, does anyone remembers the previous versions of sephiroth? how he could move the sphere at will anywhere?
If that could have reduced range, and become a hitbox with flame fx it will be perfect.
I was wondering, how about not giving him concrete pkmn moves?
I mean, some good PSAs have moves that don't have a name, and sometimes that character can use it, but never uses it in most of his games.
Like giving him a black hole move or something.

What moves does Mewtwo (the real one) use in the movies he appears in? Not including the Mirage Pokemon one?

what i mean by using ur imagination is noticing that the anime/movie mewtwo DOESNT use any actual pokemon attack, it is an intelligent being, while pokemon are supposed to be animals... so yeah, mewtwo only uses what other pokemon use as psychic and shadow ball...

Because Pokemon and DBZ are obviously designed for different audiences.

DBZ is an anime designed for older kids and teenagers.  Hence why it contains stronger violence and constant battle scenes that lack any sort of innocence.  Do you ever see any character bleed or die in an episode of Pokemon?  Of course not.  But in DBZ you see it all the time.

But on the actual PSA side of it, the suggestion probably wouldn't be possible, since it's controlling what your opponent does.

hello KingJiglypuff that button Easter Egg Taunt
The Easter Egg taunt for Dark Lord Ganondorf requires you to hold B before doing the Up-Taunt.
A good way to do this is to press the Special button, hold it, and then use your Up-Taunt.
