you can remove the emerald textures from different parts of the model, idk if I remember correctly, but try deleting the edge, edge2 and edge3 part of materials one in the eye section.
Well Falco doesn't have the edge texture as part of his eyes so I tried something a little different. I tried replacing the eye materials of the emerald Falco model with the eye materials of the normal Falco model. It didn't work. Instead of getting normal he got no eyes. This did create a side effect that causes him to have where his eyes should be change color. (When he uses his Up B where his eyes should be turns orange, When he uses his Down B where his eyes should be turns blue, etc.)
