Issue with common5.pac

Whenever I put a custom common5.pac into the system folder my game freezes when i enter brawl.  I'm not sure if it's because I have brawl + (it makes squirttle, ivysaur, charizard, shiek, and zero suit samus added to character select screen).  If anyone could help me layer viewtiful joe over captain falcon on the character select screen it would be greatly appreciated!

Can you upload and provide a link to the Common5.pac you're using? I could use a fresh one, but I don't know what other changes you have on yours...

This one is currently working but that is the only one that does.  I've removed it and my character select screen does not change back to default...

I want to add the one for viewtiful joe and it freezes
I assume those are supposed to be working since they are in top downloads
