Now, I don't want to replace the ingame item.  I want to make replace stickers that are on the Subspace sticker placement screen.

Like this kind of custom sticker Kirby Dance

So, what pac or whatever file do I need to replace the textures of stickers that are placed via SSE?

Each individual sticker is stored in a single BREES file.  You'll find the stickers in...

    ISO:\toy\seal\

Now, the BRRES files are given unusual names (some are easier to find than others though), so you'll have to do some hunting to find the right stickers.  Of course, you can also access ToySealThumb.brres (also inside the seal folder) for some references.

Lastly, each sticker uses the CI8 texture format, and uses an RGB5A3 palette that's maxed out at 256 colors.
