I am using Riivolution and...

The problem is when I disable Brawl- on the options and start game, the character movesets in game still act as if it were brawl -

just found out that brawl minus doesn't affect all characters, but it's still a problem...

I don't want to have to remove brawl minus back n forth etc... I'd like to leave it in the sd...

tl;dr
brawl- movesets still shows on some chars when it's disabled
brawl- works normally when enabled.

    It are the character .pac(without numbers) files I guess, those are the movesets so delete those and you don't have any brawl minus movesets Tongue

    If you delete those yeah they won't have Brawl- anymore but they also won't have their normal moveset anymore either.
