    You can't downgrade Wiis that use System Menu 4.0 or higher.  Also, LU64+ Wiis can't be downgraded by ANY means.

    You can downgrade certain IOSes though.

    Guys/girls, I found out what was causing the freezing. Cheesy

    It was because of the hackmii installer that was in the st folder. I removed that and no freezes! Cheesy
