I just recently made a texture called Ty the Hedgehog and this will sound dumb but how do I put anything in my vault

First you upload it to a site such as Mediafire.  Then you upload it to the vault.

To upload it to the vault go to Brawl Vault and look for submit.  It's pretty self-explanatory once you get in there.  Also load up some picture previews on a picture sharing site so that you can show pics of your creation (you will also link these in the submit page).
