I'd nominate Mewtwo for a spot Well Mods need to be on alot and Mewtwo isn't, also might not be able to do the job, because he might have other things to do, like stages and rl. Edit: But if he has less things to do and is online more often i would totally nominate Mewtwo. =D |

You guys really don't get how to choose staff do you. Just because he's the best stage maker doesn't mean he'll be the best choice for a local mod. I'm not saying he isn't, but that logic is absolute trash.

Then explain why Beyond and Majora moderate the vertex section while SDo0m and KJP moderate the PSA board? |

We didn't choose simply by activity, yes it is a factor but not the only one. So what Noah says isn't all that far from the truth. |

There's a bit of everything.
Activity is the most important, as well as a moderate and dependable personnality. Having a relatively clean record helps alot as well, of course.
Also, for Local Mods, we kinda need them to have a good enough contact with users. They are more or less the link between us and the users.
Talent isn't really mandatory, but activity helps talent, and generally talent helps for having a good contact with users. So in a way, it's linked to the qualities we are seeking.

at least explain why u think there shouldn't... No. Seriously though: just look at it. Look at what we recruited for. Exercise some common sense. Stage Hacks is one of the lowest-traffic boards on the forum; there's no need for a local mod there. |

Yeah, it's really just Off-Topic, Vertex, Animations/Attacks and Help when it comes to activity. Just look at the numbers of topics and replies on the index page and it'll be pretty obvious.
Textures kinda has alot too, but it's really died down since vertex hacking became widespread.

Eh, I don't think the Stage section needs a mod. Not that many threads, and it's pretty chill, really. Only thing is some people requesting, not on the sub board, but it doesn't happen that much.

I wonder, since the post count is worth whining about most of the time, can't we just get rid of it all together, or make it invisible to the users so people won't know when they reach a rank?
