hmmm, akari, you just gave me an idea. How about making an older looking link, but not grampa old. I mean older like in the new zelda game coming out. Make the clothes more detailed, a few changes to the face such as skin tone and over all more human like. There arent many references out there except for the poster but i think it would be awesome to see how detailed we can get it and compare it to Nintendo's when they show some game footage. oh, and maybe make him a little taller and slim cus he looks taller in the poster.

Also, I have a question about Vertex Box (which we should make a separate thread for) when I open up the extracted .3ds in anim8or, nothing happens. A little grey selection-esque box appears, but that's it.

When you import a .3ds file in anim8or, you need to press this button to actually see the vertices: You'll see them from the distance at first, but you can use the f button to zoom in. Or go over to "View", and select "Frame".

you really dont need to see them, its just for exporting and making it work with the second step of vertex box.
