    psa is a type of hack. texture hacking is not part of psa. read the tutorials first then if you don't get it ask.

    Does he mean an affect like how pits arrow is yellow and you can recolor it to be a different color, or do you mean character texture because weapon attacks are in the character fit.pac I believe
