Okay so heres the deal my bro came home on break from full sail and showed me this modeling program called Mia and I was wondering if there is a way to use Mia to model MDL0 Files or converted MDl0 files

    I can't find any one else mentioning using it to vertex upon googling it.

    Just see if it can open DAE files and import vertice files. It would probably need someone to make a script for it like they did for 3ds.
    You could probably do the vertice point only method along with DasDonkey. I would assume most 3d modeling programs could do that one.

    Honestly my bro jus mentioned it today and when he showed me that you can put the texture on a model he made from scratch when your doing the vertexing it so that the texture fit the vertex perfectly. He even found some random image on google and recreated 3D identical version
