is there a code that jiglypuff or any other charater only have one jump?

for PAL

YES OR NO
if not is it possible to make one?

*sigh* I don't want to sound like a jerk, but I don't think you really looked for it... All you had to do was go under the Jigglypuff DL section... Scroll down until you see the first Shadow over Jigglypuff mod... Then, in the description for that, scroll down until you see the code for a one-jump Jigglypuff... Either way, you needed help and I'll help, because I know how frustrating it is to wait for help on a Help forum that never seems to come... So here's the code.

Jiggs has now one jump

    Not sure, but i think you can change the number of jumps with PSA in the atribute tab
