I'd say it's probable, but I'm not sure. Why are you using the Jigglypuff rel anyway? ssbbtailsfan wrote in the second post how to use Tails with clones. You also said you did not replace the bob-omb files, which also could be the reason.

well i have characters over all the ones u have of the .rels. but once i get a vertyex of amy and it be put over ike, then i will do that, because amy is over d3 rigth now

I'd love too  They turn out to be a bit of a lower quality in BB because of the color amount, so I'm fixing them right now so I can get them at a nice quality~ |

oh i believe that you should get some moves from Sonic battle for tails. i think that will be awesome if you could make that machenical boxing glove for either a smash or even a tilt.  |

What? A Tails moveset? That is glitch free? And VERY well done? ... You guys have just made my year and a half long hacking wish come true.  Now if only we could vertex him into Classic Tails to honor Generations. XD |

@SonicBrawler: Current version doesn't use the articles (with exception of Final Smash, but it can be pretty much called a leftover), but we're willing to use the sphere as an article in next version, so it's color can match the Tails' current costume. We need help with that, though.

Also there anything else I can to help?
I made a texture of the tails doll awhile back.
I'd love to vertex it, and also vertex Ray The Flying Squirrel out of Tails as alternate costumes also.
I can mostly offer ideas..
I'm not paricularly amazing with animation, but I'd do them if I could - But unfortunately I'm very wrapped up in other projects.
However I'll see if I can find anything.
But I'd like to think my Sonic knowledge should fill the idea gap.

I never thought there would actually be a decent tails hack. But it's still being worked on correct? Mind if I make a few suggestions? (I apologize if I am being too foward, I don't know if others are making suggestions but I just want to contribute a little...)
You said you were going to look at sonic the fighters, there he had a few moves similar to sonic (the wind up punch, and maybe the horse kick?) but similarity to sonic is probably not what your looking for. there is also a move where he flails his limbs around almost exactly like lugi's dash attack, but again you may not want similarities. What you could get from the fighters are throws, which you seem to have done with his up throw. Sonic heroes also introduced the dummy rings, which would electrocute opponents (in Sonic 06 they were explosives). I could realli care less about these though, it's up to you guys. And there was the thundershoot (which all flight team members had) in which they would kick at team mate (some how electricly charging them) at enemies. I thought it could make a good foward throw. And then there's sonic battle, where you seem to have taken quite a bit of inspiration from already (you know the energy ball and chu bomb). His attacks there are mostly his alleged inventions, the only other thing I could suggest is the magic boxing glove upper for the up tilt intead of sonic's double kick. I saw once in another tails hack by mr. weegee I think, don't know how he did it though...
