Basically everything you can do in ocarina you can do is PSA. (That's related to characters.)

Is there a way to read the Brawl Language (Not sure what it is called) and convert it to PSA/HEX?

Not sure what it's called but:

    4A000000 90180F20
    100000B3 000000XX
    100000B4 000000YY
    E0000000 80008000

Is the ocarina code for status modifier Player 1.
The first and last lines are probably "if"s.

I think they're "if"s because each of the status modifyer codes have the same lines with only minimal changed which I believe to be the "if" for player number.

Well, those don't have any meaning to me, and I've been working with the hex of the pac files, so I think I have a little better understanding of how the files work than other people do.

(btw, if you make a 80008000 event in PSA, it has 128 parameters, lol)

    I smirked.

Anyway, actually, I doubt PSA does all the same thing the ocarina codes do. Perhaps I'll explain why when I'm not so exhausted.

PSA is just an alternative to using codes, like for B+, they're doing the exact same thing that PSA can do, only with codes.

At least that's how I've always thought of it
