Unfortunate that my shooting star design won't be used.



This has nothing to do with anything.
Look at my CSPs. While you're at it, come and help fix some broken hacks.. Don't stop! Check out LSTeam's cBliss recolor project.

Probably not, unless the ban in question (and by extension, the user) has become essentially a joke to the site.

Reason why it's not being used, is because when it's a 20x20px award, it doesn't look as good as the 320x320px does.
