Xml file

can someone make an xml file for riivolution out of my gct file? i will gladly provide all files needed, even a note pad file if need be, but ive tried before and cant make an xml file, and i wanna make the switch to riivolution but by doing so ill lose half the hacks i have on my sd card cause half are imports that require codes (if this is in the wrong section tell me where and ill repost it and also if you'll help pm me some form of an email or some other way i can send you the code file)
