Why would his hair need to move? Thats the same eye thats visible with the model we currently have.
E If ya paid attention Sanji actually has the bones set up for his other eye also, because the timeskip has his hair over the other eye.

1. Long search though pirate warriors files and alot of blending though different models. i actually took like five different luffy files i found to get all the parts because some used physics and some didn't so they ripped differently. Pre time skip required like 8 lol 2. V. 2 actually. Which may or may not end up being the final
1: Yeah I'll prooptimize it some to reduce the poly/vert count. But biggest holder on file size is the rig/textures so not much lower I'd presume. we'll see

to anyone following this thread here are some updates
Sanji: i believe all sfx clips are compiled already just needs a Japanese,and english voice pack. the psa needs some tweaks, and final smash isnt working 100% yet
My intention for Sanji's release is to include: 1.SFX choices 2.Theme music (already have) 3.Stage music (already have) 4.New model with awesome recolors 5.Finalized moveset 6.Possibly csps,etc..
Sasuke up date 1.nb is being a [censored] right now 2.side b works perfectly now 3.the up and down b could use refining 4.need 2 new aerial attacks
and i think that is it

Oh, sanji will have all his Interface stuff. The CSP's are being worked on by vel to look awesome. and I'm still setting up the BP and Results portaits. Here are the beta BP and results portrait

Nothing actually... Its just animated the moves based off what Pervy put in the moveset.
No video, gif, or otherwise to make the animations... just what pervy put in the moveset.
