    "What is the name of the .PAC file that holds all the congradulatory images for Classic and All-Star Mode?"

    try the menu folder, not too sure but that may be it.

    Which .PAC in the menu folder? I've looked in both menu and menu2 in the MediaFire Brawl Hacking Database.

    Still can't find it.
