this is a Test release as you will, we want to know what everyone thinks and want needs fixing so Waluigi is a "Perfect" as possible, i promise you this, there wont be V1.1,V1.2,V1.3.6 and etc

His final smash is good as is.

I also feel move set wise, he needs little to no changes...

At most, a few changes, and graphics, but otherwise, he's pretty much finished.
