How to make Flat Zone not so... flat

It's a pretty straight-forward question... if I have STGGW.pac open in BrawlBox, what do I need to change to get rid of that effect where all the characters go flat?

try importing the model and collisions over another stage. if its like game and watch the flat effect is probably hard coded ito the rel file.
