i think it should always be animated, instead of only when ready to fight, it looks a bit weird unanimated, maybe u could make it darker when selected...

This. It really does look a bit "akward" at some point.

i've tried alot of things to make it animate all the times, but it wont.. i think it has something to do with its .rel file that only makes it read certain SRT0 files...

nope its from the CSS

im using the 1 from the title screen for the "press start" screen xD

Yes, believe it or not that was my initial response to the CSS.
When I seen this a day and a half ago, I went to Youtube, watched
"Triple Voltekka." Then I went and watch "Blaster Mode Voltekka"
and heard my 1st "Microphone break".

I don't it really broke though, I didn't hear it.
You should so sneak in a Voltekka in as the "Ready" XD
Although most people would complain about it. :/

I've done worst, but yeah it kinda was a little random. I kept onto the
topic at hand "loosely" there, but anyways it's a nice little CSS, I hope the
rest of the menus and such keep with the style.

cause its only a rough-draft xD

i still cant think of a better layout tho..  but remember, it has to sorta look like Tatsunoko vs Capcom CSS layout.. which is what im trying to aim for.
