planned out some moves
X:
A combo same thing but faster
Side smash will be magma blade and with a good knockback
down smash: traid thunder
down tilt: will be with the d-tilt animation but it will be the gator wheel
up smash: traid thunder (move done)
nutral B buster shot or F-lazer
side b : twin slasher
down B : double cyclone
up B: shoryuken
Nair : tri- thunder (move done)
Bair/fair : wing spiral
uair: givesuggestions
dair: givesuggestions
s-tilt: frost shield (move done)
u-tilt : rising fire (move done)

Megaman on Samus, Roll ZSS. Similar to the Zero PSA but if you make a charge for them make em the super scope charge because it looks more like megaman, you could add some awesome X weapons to btw maybe. I say maybe because I am not totally sure of PSA's limits.

hmm..
keep fsmash the same..
change dsmash to dtilt
change dtilt to samus' taunt where she points her gun left and right. each time she points her gun, have her shoot out a couple uncharged superscope shots.
keep usmash the same.
change utilt to a sped up usmash with less % and kb
now for aerials..
change nair to her aerial charge shot animation, and have her shoot out a semi-charged superscope shot.
keep all other aerials the same.
your on your own for specials. this is just what i had in mind.

Naw. He doesn't have the stuff.
Remember this is megaman X So samus will work MUCH better. She has the figure to support it. AND TEH GUN. ^^

I have my old megaman PSA lying around.
It currently had a change of 5 weapons, each with a flash overlay effect with each change. They also had a bullet meater, which appeared behind megaman and would change color with each weapon change.
I had about 1 weapon fully done.
