and okay. doesnt he, like, have the attacks from super smash flash 2? if so, we could use those for ideas. and a hidden taunt should be a hadoken.

^ I'm guessing you don't know that Volnutt is a completely different character than X and Megaman.

Well mostly I'm trying to make this guy a reincarnation of himself from the legends games (Something TvC failed to do) He literately incorporates NOTHING but the mega buster from any other game. His buster itself isn't even chargeable, but was made stronger by switching out buster "parts" (The only mega man to do so) When you think of volnutt think of a strategy play style as he comes from an RPG game. I've played some of the Demos for SSF2 and it wouldn't really fit this guy.
I'm also trying to make his moveset "Different" from most by making use of his many weapons, but leaving a weakness to each to not only stop him from being overpowerd, but force the player to learn his playstyle and master his attacks to actually make him the best
EDIT: wow two replies in that time o-o^ I'm guessing you don't know that Volnutt is a completely different character than X and Megaman.

Try a "Lets play megaman Legends" His first game is only about 6 hours long at least when playing straight though, but the second one explains the plot

Hey All, I just wanted to say that this really blew my mind  ... me not beeing the pro at brawl hacking that i want to be, I had no idea that stuff like that was even possible  , rigging the complete model to new bones and such. Id really like to help you out as much as i can or even merge the 2 volnutt projects. The only problem here is that i kinda lack the time atm to add much to this. but if you don't mind me probably not beeing avaible here for a week or two from time to time you can add me as an animator and PSAer. didn't had the time yet to read through this topic in its entirety (dunno what aproach you're plannung on the moveset and such) just wanna say that this gets me totally pumped up ^^ greetz PlaqueOne |

Great to have the leader of the old volnutt project jump on bored My approach to this is to make this guy a reincarnation of his legends self (Something TvC failed to do) His moveset consists of different play styles to adapt to the situation, much like how you could in the original legend series, but each with it's own faults and weakness to not only stop him from being overpowerd, but to force the player to really learn his playstyle and get the feel of what this character is like.
Also this new rigging thing is only a few weeks old, so it wasn't around when your first started. Adding you to the collab list ^_~
Also I'm going to try and port peach's model over rob, if it works I'll try rigging volnutt to her and porting him. If THAT works, we can go back to replacing rob  Otherwise I'll wait to talk this over when I have a couple of PSAers.
One main problem is the lack of this volnutt's weapons. I have his buster, hand, and drill, but the rest are missing, and animation can't start without these, and PSA work can't really start without animation.

Great news everyone! I have invented a device which makes you read this in your head, IN MY VOICE! Thanks to PlaqueOne and his epicness we can now actually get this guy over ROB while using Fox's bone tree (Who in my opinion is the has the best fit bone tree for Megaman) Rejoice as we replace A useless thingamajig with someone epicly awesome!
