    i renamed the bones on ike's cape to prevent a issue i was having with an import i had made but the game froze i was trying to disable the bones any ideas on what i did wrong?

    Probably the problem is just renaming with the new brawlbox.

    Import your model again, reach the state in which you were, and open the model in a previous version of brawlbox. Rename, save, and test.
