Well Mariodk was able to pull off the super saiyan trans formation on his goku PSA
So im sure it could be pulled off

Just put it over the final smash eyes and call them up I think.

Happy new year everyone! My resolution is to learn PSA! And a little about stages! Mainly PSA. So i promise to update once a month about progress! Until my first beta! Only B attacks though. I hope this psa can be successful. I will update the 15th of every month.

So i have the 24th through the 30th off and i please to say im going to dedicate that week to psa and everything about it! I call is Psa week! until then, ill try to learn model importing so i can import Sasuke so Project: Sasuke kicks of starting The 24th - 30th! Look forward and see you all around! :laugh:

the sharingan cant see into the future it is just a higher lever of visual perception movements seem slowed to someone who is using it

I just had an idea, perhaps for the initial releases you could simply have Sharingan as a temporary Final Smash eyes transformation, then when your getting to the final perfection stages with the PSA you could work out the kinks with the Sharingan Transformation being over a taunt.
