Db-Future sight (you know how sharingan can see into the future.)
Ub-Same, but faster
FS- I have ideas, but want to hear yours.

Happy new year everyone! My resolution is to learn PSA! And a little about stages! Mainly PSA. So i promise to update once a month about progress! Until my first beta! Only B attacks though. I hope this psa can be successful. I will update the 15th of every month.

So i have the 24th through the 30th off and i please to say im going to dedicate that week to psa and everything about it! I call is Psa week! until then, ill try to learn model importing so i can import Sasuke so Project: Sasuke kicks of starting The 24th - 30th! Look forward and see you all around!

the sharingan cant see into the future it is just a higher lever of visual perception movements seem slowed to someone who is using it

I just had an idea, perhaps for the initial releases you could simply have Sharingan as a temporary Final Smash eyes transformation, then when your getting to the final perfection stages with the PSA you could work out the kinks with the Sharingan Transformation being over a taunt.
